1. An AI Robot (software) is provided by the service provider, through a link sent to the subscriber in his registered email address, which the subscriber has to install the same in the subscriber's computer (available for Windows as well as MacOS). The same may be done on multiple systems.

2. When deployed for the task, the Robot logs into the BI reports portal with the help of the User ID and Password provided by the subscriber. These credentials are stored in encrypted format, on the subscriber's computer. The service provider or any third party does not have access to these credentials.

3. Data Collection: Once logged in, The Robot looks for the relevant reports on the BI Portal and downloads them onto subscriber's computer. The Robot also provides you the list of the reports, it has downloaded from the BI Portal. The Robot does the same job of downloading these reports for subscriber, which otherwise the subscriber would have downloaded manually and saved on his computer. 

4. Data Storage: Once the Robot has successfully downloaded all the required reports from BI Portal, it starts its next job of populating the relevant data of these downloaded BI reports into the Data base of MyIndane.in and thereafter the Robot goes off to relax. The Robot actually works as the subscriber's personal assistant and completes the task with speed and accuracy which the subscriber would have done manually.

5. Expected time taken: The time taken by the Robot may vary depending on many factors including subscriber's internet speed, response time of BI Portal at various stages etc. However, normally the time taken by the Robot to complete the entire task described above, is about 3 to 4 minutes.

6. Various Reports are available to the subscriber upon his login to the MyIndane.in Portal. The detailed listing of these reports is available in the User Manual provided on the portal.

7. In case the subscriber changes his BI Portal Password, the shall have to be updated in the AI Robot. The procedure to change is provided in the user Manual. It is also possible to set the schedule for the Robot to get activated as per subscriber's desire.

Welcome to the LPG Report platform for LPG distributors of Indianoil Corporation Limited. By accessing or using this service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Use of the Service

The service provided is for your personal and your business use only. You shall not use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage or impair its functionality. Use of the derived reports shall be for your own LPG distributorship business and that you shall not share the data with any third party. Violation of these terms may attract discontinuation of our services without any refund or reimbursement. The service provider will have a right to block the reports and data entry for the user, in case any illegal / hacking / malware / spyware activity is detected by the service provider from the user end.  

3. Data Collection

We collect certain personal and non-personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. We shall collect and store the data of the subscriber for the purpose of generation of relevant reports. The subscribers passwords shall be kept by service provider in an encrypted format. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the policy.

We DO NOT SHARE / SELL / PROVIDE in any form, the subscriber's data / reports to any third party, except as required under and / or in compliance of any of the laws of land. The subscriber's data shall be used only for the purpose of preparing the desired reports, made available to the subscriber on the portal. The ownership of the subscriber's data shall forever remain with the subscriber and shall be deleted from the service provider's servers immediately after 30 days of completion of subscription period. The shall also be deleted by the service provider upon any such request made in writing, through an email from the registered email address, by the subscriber to this effect.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

All the reports provided on the portal under a subscription are based on the data provided by the BI portal. The service provider shall not be responsible for any variation / fault in the data given by the BI Portal. We shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the platform. The service provider shall not be responsible for absence / update of reports, in case the servers running BI Portals do not respond or is under maintenance.

6. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time with or without prior notice in case of urgency arising out of security issues or otherwise. It is subscriber's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Though we shall try our best to keep the subscribers informed of any such changes.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service provider operates, which is presently Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
